Brick Exodus – Behind the Scenes
I’m working on a new video project this year – recreating the book of Exodus in LEGO form. Here’s the first “behind the scenes” look at what I’m up to.
Oxygen14 – The Adventures of Duncan
If you follow me on the social medias, you may be familiar with my little friend Duncan. This week at Oxygen14 he was making the rounds, taking photos of some of the cool stuff he was checking out. Here’s a sample of some of the selfies he took. If you want to see more, follow me on Tumblr, Twitter or Instagram.
Oxygen14 – The Adventures of Duncan

This little guy here? His name is Duncan. He’s going to be having adventures with me here at Oxygen14. Keep an eye out for him – after all he is small and likely to get up to hijinx. If you want a photo with the wee lad, hunt me down at the conference. I’m wearing a black hoodie with a big red X on the front.
The Lego Movie (2014)
The Lego Movie (2014)
Rated PG
Starring Chris Pratt, Morgan Freeman, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Will Ferrell
Everything is awesome. It’s not just the name of the catchy and quirky pop song that plays incessantly during The Lego Movie. It’s an accurate description of the film itself. Everything about this movie is awesome. After watching The Lego Movie I want to pour a huge box full of Lego pieces on the floor and spend hours building stuff. True, I want to do that most days. But after watching this movie, I really really want to dive into a big pile of Lego, Scrooge McDuck style.

Christmas in Paradise Bay
It’s time for another Lego series!
This year for our family Christmas service at St Luke’s we went with a “Summer Christmas” theme. Beach towels hanging along the wall and inflatable palm trees decorated with tinsel. After a game of thong tossing we had a look at what was happening in the coastal town of Paradise Bay as they prepared for Christmas.
Enjoy!

Lego Hell
I don’t know the answer to that question. I know it will involve fire and pain, but I’m unclear of the details. A long way back a guy called Dante had a shot of imagining how bad the place would be. And now someone’s gone and made it with Lego. I don’t know whether to be full of joy or sad for the sick state of humanity. Maybe a little of both.
