What if Jesus was reborn today? What if a boy in the USA found he could heal the sick and change water into wine? This was the premise of Mark Millar’s 2004 comic miniseries Chosen. Now it appears more is on the way.

Mark Millar (author of Wanted, a comic recently transformed into a block buster movie) has announced that Chosen was actually part one of a trilogy. Now branded American Jesus, we will see what happens when the boy in part one becomes a man. I’ll be excited to pick this up. The first miniseries was a great read. I should start ferreting around in my spare room to find where I’ve put the original so I can talk about it here.
